Starting as a weekly bootcamp for local women in Sydney’s Inner West, we have always been inspired by our community of fitness lovers for their dedication, strength, and support for each other - through the burpees, planks, and sprints.



We’re here for you on your fitness journey and have your back (your arms, your abs, and your booty too!) with a range of curated fitness accessories that complement the way you love to train, sweat, and enjoy life.

From our home in Sydney Australia to yours, we’re proud to have supported hundreds of Australians look and feel amazing.
Use these cotton resistance bands for booty workouts, strengthening their back and upper body and even for stretching! You can integrate any fabric stretch band seamlessly with every workout. These fabric resistance bands are non-rolling and non digging.

All of our shipping bags, product boxes, and cards are 100% biodegradable and our products are designed to stand the test of time.


Our range has been developed with fitness lovers in mind, curating what we believe to be the essential components of your fit kit (we’ll never fill our store with ‘stuff’ you’ll only use once).

Of course, we’re always looking for ways to improve our approach to sustainability, reduce waste, and better our products without compromising on our customer experience. While we’re not perfect, as a small business we’ve committed to working towards a sustainable model and to educate ourselves and our suppliers on all the ways we can reduce our impact.
